The Treatment Experience: What to Expect.

The fat cells must first be harvested. The process is very simple, with fat cells removed from the abdomen through a small incision at the navel – no scars, and the area is numbed so you are comfortable. Once the cells are harvested, they are processed with a specialized method to cleanse, purify and separate the fat into three different forms:

Milifat: This fat adds facial structure
Microfat: Smooths the facial area, triggers tissue formation
Nanofat: Triggers a high rate of cell growth

You will be resting comfortably throughout your treatment. Once the fat has been filtered, it is injected to specific facial areas, based on your unique facial structure and topography. To make the procedure easy to experience, local anesthetic is administered, or for some patients with a more extensive procedure, general anesthesia.

What is the Recovery?

You should plan on a week to ten days off your usual schedule to rest and recover and allow the fat cells to successfully integrate into your skin structure. Take the time to do restful, non-vigorous activities such as reading or watching your favorite shows and follow the aftercare instructions we provide to help you heal faster.
